D’r Hoistock has been converted from an ancient barn into a cosy self catering cottage while retaining much of its original character. We endeavoured to built a friendly nest in order to offer you a most pleasant stay in a natural setting of everlasting beauty all year round. |
Holiday cottage 3 to 5 persons, 1 room with big bed, 1 room with bed 1 pers., stay with sofa bed, bedroom area, bathrooms, toilets independent, brings down covering, parking lot, access garden, possibility Wi-Fi connection, electric heating and wood stove...
From Munster head toward Metzeral, then in the middle of the village turn right toward Mittlach. Drive for about 3 km and once opposite the Valneige hotel turn right into the Erbersch street, stop at nb 56 : here you are, the last house of the village.
Park your car in the back of the courtyard. The cottage is accessed from the side of the barn by a short flight of steps and you enter through a small lobby with storage space. The lounge opens on a well equipped fitted kitchen (gas oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, food processor…). The cottage has two bedrooms : one double with a panoramic view of the mountains and a single which overlooks the garden. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a washing machine, the toilets are separate.
A small wood burning stove will provide a nice and cosy atmosphere during the winter evenings or even the cool summer ones.
The dining lounge opens on a roofed terrace with table, chairs and barbecue set. Reclining chairs are available for a nice rest in our adjacent shrubbery.
A TER runs through the valley of Munster from Colmar. Give us a ring and we’ll pick you up at the Metzeral station.
